About Us

 Jeffrey Stagg Founder of FQXHOLE Foundation a retired Master Sergeant and disabled veteran, resides with his wife Dawni on a serene 40-acre mountain property in Duffield, Virginia, known as Stagg Ridge Haven. A devoted family man, he enjoys time with his children, stepchildren, and five grandchildren, alongside his loyal Great Dane service dog, Rukus, and Italian Greyhound, Beckham.  Jeff’s 21-year military career as a RED HORSE Combat Engineer in the Air National Guard (1989–2010) was marked by excellence, earning him the 2001 203rd Red Horse Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year. He deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom and contributed to global humanitarian missions in countries like Honduras, Germany, Iraq, and Ethiopia. During his military service, Jeff built a successful career as a geothermal HVAC expert, Energy Star home builder, and spray foam contractor. Now retired, he spends his time golfing, hunting, trail riding, and pursuing a deeper connection to faith and nature as a student of the Great Awakening. 

Nadine Co-founder of the FQXHOLE Foundation is a dedicated wife, proud mother of four, and loving grandmother of seven. With 30 years of marriage, her family is her heart and soul, providing the foundation of her life. She shares her home with three cherished Great Danes—Majesti, Athena, and Zeus—and two rescue cats, Jax and Luna, all of whom hold a special place in her heart.

For over two decades, she has been self-employed, channeling her creativity and hard work into cleaning homes, interior painting, landscaping, and refurbishing vintage furniture. Her passion for transforming spaces and breathing new life into old treasures reflects her unwavering commitment to beauty, detail, and care.

Above all, she has a lifelong devotion to helping others. Whether through her professional work or personal endeavors, she embodies kindness and generosity, always striving to make a difference in the lives of those around her.
